Graham is a Director and founding member of The Millbridge Group, a project management company which manages an extensive portfolio of international projects.

Graham is now responsible for the operational management of E3’s Caribbean projects.

He is a Chartered Surveyor and Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

 

Mark was co-founder and Managing Director of ICON Software, an international software company whose main activity was the design, supply and support of ticketing systems around the world. After selling the company in 1999, Mark set-up an international technology and media consulting group, and in 2002, founded E3 Property.

Mark graduated from Imperial College, London with a BSc in Physics and a MSc in Computing Science.

Jarod has set up offices in Singapore, managed the North American operations of a group of companies out of Seattle, provided marketing direction for an entertainment technology company in Los Angeles and managed a major landscape design firm based in The Hamptons, New York.

He joined the E3 team as head of operations for the Palmyra development based in the Algarve, Portugal. He is now responsible for the design direction and implementation of finishes for each of the company’s developments.

 

Scarlett has worked in Client Services and Marketing since she moved to the UK 20 years ago. She brings a diverse portfolio of marketing experience to the team including branding and communication.

Scarlett has lived in Paris, Barcelona and in the USA. She received her BA in English and Creative Writing in the USA and her MA in English Literature from King’s College, London.

Christian has worked for a number of international companies and brings a wealth of support, sales and business development expertise to E3. Christian has built his career on building close relationships with international and UK clients alike by ensuring the highest service levels.

Christian has a BA in French and Hispanic Studies and is fluent in Spanish, French and Portuguese.

Canadian architect, Béatrice Hajjar Lemaitre has a Masters Degree in Urban Design from the University of Montréal, Canada. Prior to coming to Portugal in 1998, she worked with the City of Montreal as an architect in charge of social housing development within a revitalized sector of the city.

She has worked on various housing and public buildings concepts, and has worked with renowned architects D’Arquitectos in Vilamoura and Luisa Pacheco Marques in Lisbon.

Beatrice is now project manager of the Cavandela Urban Design project.

 

Richard has held a variety of jobs within the IT industry, and joined E3 after heading the IT department of a major London theatre group which included the Victoria Palace and Savoy Theatre. He has developed solutions for companies in over 20 countries and lived in a few of these as well!

He is responsible for the design and implementation of the all aspects of technology in our properties, and ensures that the homes are not just beautiful but also intelligent.
