In addition, the external areas around IYLO will benefit from contemporary landscaping and external feature lighting.

The tower itself is clad with an aluminium-framed glazing system which makes the building as light as possible and a palette of six colours will be used in a random effect brings life and interest to the façade. Coloured glass look-alike panels are incorporated into the glazing system to present a simple and smooth exterior, whilst recessed balconies in vertical strips break up the sides of the tower.
